CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-Show / Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. With that being said, I understand things may arise before your appointment that are unforeseen so please reach out to liz to explain (If comfortable)situations and I will use my discretion on the cancellation fee. In the event of the Fee not being able to go through due to inactive card .. to rebook you must pay the fee of 25% from previous scheduled appointment.
